FIELD OF DEVELOPMENT
The present invention relates to a nano-based disinfectant and disease-preventing agent coated with silver nanoparticles and purified water.
THE BACKGROUND OF THE INITIALITY OF NANO SILVER
Nanotechnology is a rapidly growing science aimed at the production and use of nano-sized particles measured in nanometers (1 nm = 1 billionth of a meter). One immaterial that has had an early impact in healthcare products is nanosilver. Silver has been used to treat diseases for over 100 years due to its natural antibacterial and antifungal properties. Silver nanoparticles are usually 25 nm in size. They have a relatively large surface area, increase the possibility of contact with bacteria or fungi, and greatly improve its bactericidal and fungicidal effect.
Nano silver when exposed to bacteria and fungi will adversely affect cell metabolism and inhibit cell growth. Nano silver blocks the respiratory process, the basic metabolism of the electron transport system and the transport of substrates in the cell membrane of microorganisms. Nano silver inhibits the multiplication and growth of bacteria and fungi that cause infections, odors, itching and sores.
Nano-silver can be applied to a wide range of other healthcare products such as dressings for burns, scalds, donor and recipient skin; patches for surgical and traumatic wounds; water gel for spots, acne and caries wounds; and feminine hygiene products
underwear, sanitary towels and trousers.

INITIAL SUMMARY, HOW TO USE NANO SILVER
The present invention relates to a nano-silver-based disinfectant and disease-preventing agent for use in the poultry, livestock and aquaculture industries.
This nanosilver-based active material contains 4000 ppm of silver nanoparticles which are silver nanoparticles and the size distribution of these nanoparticles is 1 to 10 nm.
Nanosilver-based active material has antibacterial, antifungal and antiviral effects. Usedo says the active material is nano-based; we can fight all fungi, viruses and other harmful single-celled microorganisms in poultry, livestock and aquatic products.
Moreover, we can reduce or eliminate the use of drugs, especially antibiotics in the aforementioned areas. In addition, we can gain better weight, reduce the amount of fat in meat; lower cholesterol and increase the protein content of meat.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INITIALITY OF NANO SILVER
This invention relates to anti-epidemic materials, disinfectants and disease-preventing agents based on nanotechnology. This material contains the following ingredients.
Per milliliter. contains:
4 mg of silver nanoparticles, for 1 ml of purified water and citric acid with pH adjusted from 1-4.
The active material is silver in the form of Nan ions and 1-10 nm in size. Silver is a completely stable carrier in suspension.
Its stability has been tested in both accelerated and long-term studies. Silver is known to be antibacterial. Its nanoparticles can kill all types of bacteria at very low concentrations (about 5 ppm). It is also an antiviral and can fight against many different viruses.
In low aquatic environments, the active material can be applied by spraying onto the surface.
Silver acts as a photocatalyst. When there is oxygen in the air, it can generate free radicals, and these free radicals can act on microorganisms and kill them.
In highly aquatic environments such as water or in the bodies of poultry, livestock and aquatic animals, without atmospheric oxygen, silver nanoparticles enter the bacteria.
In this case, silver can affect the di-sulficdic bands, between the protein complexes. Therefore, the 3-d form of the protein changes and it cannot function as an enzyme. In case this happens in the bacterial cell wall, the selective permeability of the cell wall changes, so the bacteria gobble up and kill. If this happens in the energy cycle enzymes, then ATP production stops and the lack of energy kills the microorganism.
On viruses, the glycoprotein nodes of the viral envelope, which are the viral antigen receptors, have a di-sulfic band. This bandage can be attacked by silver nanoparticles and can kill the virus and prevent its attachment to the host cell. With this mechanism of action, silver nanoparticles can be used as an alternative to all antibacterial agents and in a preventive form; It can even be used as a vaccine.
In the absence of pathogenic microorganisms and their stress on the immune and other systems of poultry, livestock and aquatic animals, the energy produced can be used to generate more tissues and especially muscle tissues. This can improve weight gain in poultry, livestock and seafood.
It has been found and experimentally that the use of silver nanoparticles can reduce the lipid and cholesterol content of meat and can increase the protein content of meat.
FOR EXAMPLE FOR NANO SILVER
Example 1
Using Nanosilver in the poultry industry to clean water:
In one experiment, we mixed 3 liters of nano silver with 4000 liters of poultry drinking water. Microbiological tests showed no microorganisms present in the water sample.
Example 2
Using nanotechnology in the aquatic industry to clean water:
In an experiment, we mixed 2 Liters of nano silver with 4000 Liters of aquarium water. Microbiological tests showed no microorganisms present in the water sample.
Example 3
Use of colloidal silver to disinfect surfaces in the poultry industry:
We mix 5 Liters of nano silver with 4000 Liters of water and apply this mixture to the walls and seals of the aviary. Samples are collected from these surfaces and microbiological tests are performed. These tests showed no microorganisms present in these surfaces after coating the mixture.
Example 4
Using Nanosilver in animal husbandry to clean water:
In one experiment, we mixed 3 liters of nano silver with 4000 liters of animal drinking water. Microbiological tests showed no microorganisms present in the water sample.
Example 5
Using Nano in surface disinfection in the livestock industry:
We mixed 5 Liters of nano silver with 4000 Liters of water and applied this mixture to the wall and sealed the barn. Samples are collected from these surfaces and microbiological tests are performed. These tests showed no microorganisms present in these surfaces after coating the mixture.
Example 6
Using nano silver in poultry industry to clean feed: We mix 10 ml of nano silver with 100 kg of feed. Microbiological examination after sampling. These tests revealed no pathogenic microorganisms present in the samples.
Example 7
Using colloidal silver to prevent disease in the poultry industry:
We have used colloidal silver in the aviary, following examples 1, 2 and 6. We have used nano silver in animal feed (10 ml colloidal silver in 100 Kg feed), drinking water (3 Liters silver). glue in 4000 Liters of water) and surfaces (5 Liters of nano silver in 4000 Liters of water). During the full growth period (50 days), birds grow up without the use of any drugs such as antibiotics, no vaccines and no problems with bacterial, fungal or viral diseases cause.
